peripherals available in EFM32G devices, the
Cortex-M3 processor's Harvard architecture
and 3 stage pipeline, single cycle instructions

interrupt handling makes it perfect for 8- to
32-bit applications.

The ARM Cortex-M3 32-bit RISC processor provides outstanding computational performance and
exceptional system response to interrupts while meeting low cost requirements and low power
consumption.
